Date night at Chin Chin, a trendy modern southeast asian restaurant with a truly Melbourne vibe.
We ordered the chicken wings and corn fritters for entrees. The chilli jam with the corn fritters was ah-ma-zing.
For mains we order the twice cooked beef short ribs and the massaman curry. Both delicious, but the short ribs takes the prize for being ultra tender and paired with a beautiful sauce.
Although I was beyond full at the end of the curry, I had to order a desert, which was a Palm sugar ice cream sundae, with salted honeycomb and a lime syrup.
Definitely recommended!
